We often need to compare the differences between two Microsoft Word files, or the differences between one file but with different versions.
This add-on ads the ability for users to define the list of constraints in a drop down from a datalist. The user will set the datalist and the document properties will read from the datalist to create the drop down.
This extends the current document associations to be viewed both ways. This allows users to select a document association and to be automatically added on the other document.
Note: this replaces the current document association functionality of Alfresco.
Subscribe to Document Updates enables users to receive updates on documents or folders. Users can subscribe through the document actions on the document or folder and select Subscribe. To Unsubscribe the user will also select Unsubscribe on the document library.
