This module improves stability and performance of preview documents on Alfresco Community. It will add JODConvert multiples LibreOffice instances can manage more document transformation transactions.

Complete Workflow History

Custom document library action for document/folder which shows the complete workflow history with detailed tasks list with their progress information also.

User can check how many workflow have been performed per document/folder with all the tasks list.

Periodic Document Review

The set of default tasks provided out-of-the-box by Alfresco are quite simplistic. They consist of an ad-hoc task and a small number of review and approve tasks, for both single and group approvers.

Alfresco Simple OCR Action

Site Restrictions

Enables Alfresco administrators to restricts who can create sites to protect the organisation’s taxonomy. Additionally, it can also restrict who can create folders within sites, by the role they have in those sites.
