The plugin allows users to fill in pdf-document with metadata. After pdf is added to Alfresco Repository, Alfresco adds metadata to it such as title, description, author etc. Alfresco also allows to add additional metadata that extends the custom metadata.

The Datalist add-on adds the ability for users to export and import their results from Excel, send email link to users, and subscribe for updates. These features can be useful for heavy datalist users to increase productivity and collaboration of datalists.
This add-on ads the ability for users to define the list of constraints in a drop down from a datalist. The user will set the datalist and the document properties will read from the datalist to create the drop down.
This extends the current document associations to be viewed both ways. This allows users to select a document association and to be automatically added on the other document.
Note: this replaces the current document association functionality of Alfresco.
